I guess the name pretty much says it all.
What? You've never had a LOL JK moment? And I'm not talking about those random facebook pages you've been liking around...I'm talking about life.
If you still don't know what I'm talking about (I won't blame you if you do, I tend to be pretty confusing at times), I'm talking about those times when life surprised (or shocked) you with something you had least expected. Like that time you scored that perfect A on your report card, but later found that it was just a typo. Or when you ordered a nutty fudge ice-cream at hotspot minus the nuts cuz you're alergic and bam, the waiter seemed to miss that detail. The time you almost prepared to give up on your best friends, but then they threw you that special surprise, leaving you feeling like a dud. When you lost all hope, prepared yourself to fit in to that uncomfortable little chair your sofa-life has turned into, but, oh well, a few words just inflated your self-esteem.
If anything even remotely close to that has happened to you, know now that you've been LOL JK-ed by your life. For better or for worse. Mostly for the better, but who am I to judge. It's just His way of bringing us back to our senses, I guess. Like a reminder, "Hey! The Boss is Watcing" kinda thing.
Sometimes, we find ourselves in a place where we can't be happy. No matter how hard we try. Sometimes we feel like life has pulled a vicious one on us. Could be our own fault...or maybe not. Either-way, all that matters in the end, is that The One who Gave you this life, knows the best way it's supposed to go on (yea that Wonka meme doesn't apply to Him cause He Knows best). Keep that in mind and you're good to go. So even if life seems to be playing games with you, towards the end of it, you'll win no matter what. Don't get it?
See Mario will always get the girl and if, by the slightest chance, he doesn't....she's probably a gold digger or something, clearly he deserves better? :P
Still don't get it?
Never mind. You'll know when life gives you a week full of LOL JK's. :)
I once got a 19/20 in a test, then counted the marks and they added upto 17. My over conscientous brain told me I had to do the right thing and I got it corrected.
